Going out to eat is inevitable. Why wouldn’t you treat yourself to a dinner out every once in a while?
But, those dinners out can often turn into a total grub-fest (Really, Susan, you HAD to suggest appetizers?! YOU KNOW I CAN’T SAY NO.). Add on dessert and drinks and you’ve got quite the calorie bomb on your hands.
Of course, we are fully into the “treat yoself” mentality (maybe a little too fully), so if you want to indulge, go for it! But, if you feel like keeping things light because you’re hardcore, here are some tips for dining out that will keep you healthy and feeling good.
