With these carrot chips, I can snack happy, and now you can too. Try them and let me know what you think!
Simply Seasoned Carrot Chips
- 1 bag carrot dip chips
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt, pepper, paprika and turmeric to taste
Preheat the oven to 350. Spray a cooking sheet and lay the carrot chips in one even layer. Drizzle the chips with the olive oil, using as much as you need to lightly coat the carrots. Season liberally with salt, pepper, paprika and turmeric.
Cook in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes (I left mine in on the longer side because I like ’em extra crunchy).
