Today I’m sharing 12 recipes featuring Quinoa.
Quinoa (pronounced: keen-wah!) is known as a superfood due to its powerful nutrition benefits. A great source of fiber and protein, it has a host of other nutritional benefits.
A few tips to prepare your quinoa so that is has the light and fluffy texture:
- Rinse the quinoa before cooking it in water or broth on your stovetop,
- Be sure not to overcook – simmer for no more than 15 minutes, and
- Let it rest before serving for a few minutes after removing from heat.
