Sponsored by MPG Mondetta

Move over #FFAprilAbs, hello Namaste in May! This month is all about yoga. We’re challenging you to engage your mind, body, and spirit by practicing yoga every single day this month.

So often we get overwhelmed with our busy schedules and forget to take some time for ourselves. Let this month be about experiencing a new sense of well-being, through the practice of yoga every single day. We’ve teamed up with our friends at MPG to bring you some awesome prizes: 2 will win an outfit from MPG Mondetta Performance Gear (top and bottom).

We’ve created a printable calendar with a new pose for each day in May. Know that this is just a guideline to help give you ideas and that any kind of yoga is welcomed daily! Modify the pose to meet your fitness level and choose an alternate if a certain pose doesn’t work for you. Don’t forget to share your Namaste in May poses each day on Instagram and Twitter (use hashtag #FFyoga and tag @FitFluential and @MPGSport so we can cheer you on throughout the month!). We’ll be following the calendar and of course, posing along with you!

New to yoga? No problem. We’re so pleased to share with you this instructional video from FitFluential Ambassador Danielle Diamond of Xen Strength Yoga. She’ll walk you through the important guidelines to remember, as you begin your practice.

DISCLAIMER: Don’t forget to consult your doctor, before beginning this or any exercise program, and start slowly, as with any new activity.

To enter to win an outfit from MPG Mondetta, follow the instructions on the Rafflecopter below:
