It seems like every day is chock full of events and activities, even more than usual. And when you’re on the go, finding healthy packaged foods is essential. Because when you’re hungry, things start to go south pretty quick. Stay fueled with these healthy packaged foods!
Beetnik Foods Chili
Obviously, we’re obsessed. Beetnik Foods is all organic, non-GMO, paleo…. you name it, they’re certified. Use any of their frozen meals and sauces for dinner or lunch when all you have time to do is pop something in the microwave.
KIND Bars
These little guys are my go-to snack bars. They taste amazing, and if you opt for the “5g of sugar” variety, you’re avoiding a carb overload. My favorite? Dark chocolate sea salt, duh.
VEGA Ready-To-Drink Shakes
After VEGA sent us a few of these shakes to try, we were all immediately hooked. I’ve definitely already bought more for myself. The chocolate is SOOOO good, and it also has plenty of greens and vitamins hidden inside to help you meet your needs!
NOW Foods Honey Roasted Pecans
Ah, yes. The famous honey roasted pecans. Here at FitFluential, we can’t get enough of these! They’re sweet and crunchy, fulfilling that very specific cravings that we all somehow have. Plus, organic, etc. NOW Foods never disappoints.
Justin’s Peanut Butter Squeeze Packs
Peanut butter is probably my favorite food of all time, so of course I have to have it with me at all times. These squeeze packs are just the thing when I need a little snack in between meals, or I’m in the car stuck in traffic. Squeeze one of these, all road rage gone.
