Ever wish you had a chance to workout with a trainer to the stars? Now’s your chance! Celebrity trainer Valerie Waters has created a full body circuit workout for you that’s sure to challenge all your major muscle groups. The only thing you’ll need is your ValSlides, so let’s get to work!
This is a NO EXCUSES workout! It doesn’t take a lot of time or space – so you can squeeze in an awesome sweat session anytime – even out on your front porch.
Full Body Circuit Workout
Using your ValSlides will force the muscles of your body to work hard stabilizing you as you perform these moves. Start in pushups position and do each move for twenty seconds work, with ten seconds rest in between:
Knee UPs – stabilizing with your arms – slide both knees up to your elbows, and back again to starting position.
Mountain Climbers: stabilizing with your arms – alternate knees to elbows
One Arm Slides (twenty seconds each arm!) stabilizing with your feet, slide one arm forward and then back to starting position. Switch arms and repeat.
Repeat through the circuit workout three times – take breaks as needed and be sure to breathe and stay hydrated!
