We’re calling all FitFluentials to join us in our Spring Cleaning challenge for April – 30 Days of Eating Clean. There’s nothing like accountability to keep you on track, and with the entire FF Family checking in with healthy meals and nutritious snacks, it’s the perfect way to stay focused on our nutrition and feel amazing as we dive into Spring.

- April 1: Day One (no April fools here!)
- Eat clean, whole foods
- High-quality protein, healthy fats, complex carbs: Meat, veggies, nuts, seeds
- Ditch the junk
- Over-processed foods and beverages, added sugars
- No cheating!
- It’s only 30 days. You got this!
- Check in every day on social media
- April 30: Day Thirty!
- May 1: Cheat meal of epic proportions.
