The 12 Week MOVE Guide is more than just 12 weeks of workouts for maximum results (designed by Lorna’s trainer!): it helps you with goal setting and contains meal plans which incorporate the cookbook and recipes from MNB.
The 12 weeks are broken into 3 phases (28 days each) where intensity is slowly increased. Each daily circuit is structured so that every day is working:
- upper body,
- lower body,
- and cardio
