Whitney Jones is the owner of Pro Physiques, Arizona’s largest personal training gym. She is an IFBB Fitness Pro, the 2018 Ms. Fitness International, and 5-time Fitness Olympian. She recently won the 2018 Arnold Fitness International which adds up to her already tall list of fitness competition achievements. Additionally, she is a personal trainer and fitness routine choreographer and founder of Fit Whit Jones, a new fitness apparel company offering signature FEARless apparel for health and fitness enthusiasts.
Whitney joins me to explain what it means to become fearless from a mother’s perspective. She describes the common fitness problems her female clients face and the solutions she provides. She explains what the “Bro Science Diet” is and why women, in particular, should not try it.
