For our October challenge, we’re focusing on the abs and booty to condition these muscles, burn some extra fat, and sculpt a sexy physique. You can download the calendar for the 28-day challenge as a printable PDF or save it to your computer- whatever you gotta do to make it work! You’ll have six workouts per week, and they will get progressively more difficult as the weeks go on. By week 4, you’ll reach the toughest workouts with higher reps, more rounds, or longer times.
