Now there’s no excuse to skip out on a healthy lunch. Prepare some jar salads in advance for a week of delicious, healthy meals. The perfect way to bring your salad with you, these perfectly packed jars allow you to make and take your healthy eats wherever you may roam.
Here’s how they work:
- Don’t get soggy! Start with the dressing first – as the first layer you add on the very bottom of the jar
- Everything in between – the veggies (if you are using tomatoes, put those in immediately after the dressing, then other veggie layers)
- Greens go last – they’ll be your final layer – at the very top of the jar.
- When you’re ready to munch, just shake the jar to distribute the dressing, or pour into a big bowl to toss. Enjoy!
