Trick Or Treat!
It’s that time of year where the treats are everywhere and the trick is to try and stay focused on your workouts and nutrition.
I know this is easier said than done when there are pumpkin flavored muffins and lattes all around us. There are many other temptations as well, but what about the actual season itself?
Fall is beautiful and it was my favorite season growing up in Ohio. I miss the leaves changing colors, the temperature dropping and the sun setting much earlier every night.
This change can make the couch and the TV very appealing ,along with a big pot of chili.
This is why I decided to put together an awesome 28 day kettlebell challenge.
This challenge will be a fun way to stay on track and accountable this fall so we don’t gain weight before the holidays.
My goal is for you to workout with me and get into shape using a Kettlebell.
Here’s how the challenge will work
• I will post a video or written workout
•Workout with my Kettlebell workouts three times each week.
PIN the calendar to your Pinterest board to stay on track each week!
•The first video will post on FitFluential YouTube channel no later than 10/06/15
•Cardiovascular exercise on opposite days of the Kettlebell workouts 30-45 minutes
•Post photos on Instagram using #FitFluential
This will help you stay motivated to do the workouts.
