What’s got two thumbs, no time, and needs to work out?
Yep, and I’m betting you’re probably in the same boat. There’s not a day that goes by where there aren’t a million obligations, but that doesn’t mean that my workout goes undone. Even if it’s just a short 20 minute cardio workout, I make sure I get it in!
On those days when 20 minutes is all I have, I do this cardio workout. It’s surprisingly intense for seeming so simple, so don’t let the moves fool you!
