Tomorrow is Monday, the official day of starting a new diet. Whether or not you’re an “I’ll start on Monday” person or not, we’ve all been at the point where we’re about to embark on a new way of eating and we’re getting ready to make some changes. And what an adventure it is.
Changing your habits is never easy, but it is possible. There just might be a few thoughts you have to overcome in the process, because we’ve all been there, and we all know.

“I’ll just have some- oh wait, can I even have that?”
The internal struggle as you try to remember what’s on the “yay” list and what’s on the “nay” list.
“I’ll just have a LITTLE.”
Trying to justify the smallest bite even though you know you shouldn’t.
“Oh gosh, now I’m THAT person.”
When you turn the donuts and everyone gasps in horror.
“Omg I’m hungry.”
Why is my stomach a cavernous pit?!
“Well I’ll just follow the 80/20 rule.”
Because calling it “moderation” sounds much better than “I have no self control.”
“I AM THE BEACON OF HEALTH AND FITNESS.”
As you eat your salad like a champ. You go, girl!
“Do I have abs yet?”
I mean, it’s been long enough.
“You know what, this isn’t that bad!”
You’re feeling good, you’re looking good, you’re rocking this whole dieting thing!
“I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO HUNGRY IN MY WHOLE ENTIRE LIFE.”
And we’re back to this.
