Nancy (aka spiffykerms) is a Graphic Designer and blogger working in Ontario, relocating from Newfoundland in 2006. She enjoys cheering on boyfriend at Ironman triathlons during the summer, and cooking and baking delicious recipes in the winter. In early 2011, she discovered CrossFit and has been hooked ever since. When not toning up at CrossFit, you can find her rock climbing; she’s been challenging the rugged shoreline of Newfoundland for over 15 years.
