Heather is a travel agent for Travel with the Magic and a sales rep for Running Skirts. She travels all over the country working at race expos and racing herself. She has been distance running since 2009, and has completed one full marathon and nine half marathons, with many more on her schedule. Heather has been blogging at runningwithsass.com for over two years. She write about running and healthy living with a touch of sass, and enjoys helping, motivating, and inspiring others. She has a goal of completing Goofy’s race and a half challenge in January 2013.
When not running or working out, Heather loves to read, travel (especially to Disneyworld) and hang out with her husband, Bobby (also a runner), and two toy poodles Sassy and Bella. When not running, she enjoys playing volleyball and basketball, and has coached both sports at the middle school and varsity high school level.
