1-Minute Meditation for Overwhelm
This breath practice is for you if you’re feeling a sense of overhwhelm and feeling like your headlocked into that stressful experience of fight-or-flight, unfocused and scatter-brained.
We’re using one of my all-time favorite mantras that I take with me everywhere I go: at the gym, while I’m on a short deadline, when stuck in traffic, at family gatherings (I mean…the most triggering of all situations right? 😉 … any situation that has taken you into the tailspin of overwhelm.
Quick tip to remember it: When in overwhelm, use the o-breath! Simple, right?
You are so much stronger and so much more capable than you give yourself credit for. May this practice serve you well and may you always remember this mantra: I can do hard things. Because you can.
