This Week in Health and Wellness:
- Certain endurance workouts, like kickboxing, are okay as long as they are done only a couple of times a week.
- Scaling back is a great workaround than outright cutting cardio out of your life.
- If you still want to continue endurance training, then do it from an informed standpoint.
- Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are distracting students more than helping them.
- Even dim light can cause depression due to impaired melatonin release.
- You don’t want to be in pitch darkness, but use bulbs that remove blue light. Black lighting is fine but may seem extreme for most.
- If you can find a way to lengthen telomeres, you might just live longer and even stop aging.
