Stick to a gym that’s closer to your place – that way, you’re a lot less likely to ditch your workout sessions.
Set a Schedule
Don’t underestimate the power of scheduling your day-to-day activities – it works wonders! Get Google calendar and set a reminder for your gym time along with your important meetings and presentation dates. It’s all about priorities after all!
