Lazy Girl’s 3 ingredient Strawberry Chia Jam
- two cups strawberries, diced
- two tablespoons organic honey (melted in microwave for easy mixing)
- one tablespoon chia seeds
Blend all ingredients in food processor and refrigerate. Chia seeds will expand into ‘chia eggs’ and thicken the jam. No need for any more ingredients! Enjoy!
