Here’s the types of ingredients you’ll find in these better-for-you breakfast recipes:

1/3 cup dry oats
1 scoop whey protein powder (vanilla)
two eggs, and enough unsweetened almond milk to bring to desired consistency (2 – 3 T)
(vanilla extract and cinnamon to taste) Combine all ingredients, cook in a skillet with non stick cooking spray. Enjoy!
