If you’re not feeling creative, go for a traditional baked sweet potato. Preheat your oven to 400° and bake for an hour. Be sure to pierce the potato a couple times with a knife or fork before baking, to allow for expansion in the oven. Once baked, top with some sea salt and butter for a savory taste, or cinnamon and maple syrup for sweet. Delicious!
