July Challenge- #FFPushUp


31 push-ups a day for 31 days, yes you can! For the July Fitness Challenge, we have teamed up with partner, Zensah, and are challenging the FitFluential Community to push-up every single day in the month of July. 2 winners will receive Zensah swag and bragging rights (enter below)! Use the #FFPushUp hashtag on Instagram and Twitter so we can cheer you on along the way.





The Challenge

The #FFPushUp Challenge is easy. Complete 31 push-ups (or more!) each day in the month of July. As you build strength each day, it will get easier. Remember, form is important! Here’s a few tips to do a perfect push up every time.

  • Keep your back nice and flat
  • Create a long spine by keeping your head in neutral alignment
  • Plant your hands planted firmly on the ground
  • When lowering down, keep your hands in line with your chest

    i’m actually much stronger in a tricep pushup than regular pushup but I can only really do 5-7 from my toes until i have to drop to my knees. bosu i need to try! those might kill me!

    Just heard about the push up challenge this morning so I’ve got some catching up to do. I did 48 during my morning workout today, it won’t be long until I’m caught up.
    I so enjoyed the Squat Challenge, logging in 3,780 squats. I’ve decided to keep that challenge in my daily routine.
    For those of you out there who think it sounds like a lot, by the middle of the month you will be adding to your daily pushups/squats so keep it up.
