The #FFPushUp Challenge is easy. Complete 31 push-ups (or more!) each day in the month of July. As you build strength each day, it will get easier. Remember, form is important! Here’s a few tips to do a perfect push up every time.
- Keep your back nice and flat
- Create a long spine by keeping your head in neutral alignment
- Plant your hands planted firmly on the ground
- When lowering down, keep your hands in line with your chest
