Well, maybe not quite that many, as quite a few appear in multiple posts— indicating just how universal and practical those tips are for staying merry and bright.

56 Ambassadors offered up their five tips (one had a +1) for achieving FitFluential balance during the most wonderful yet stressful time of the year, keeping in mind the four key aspects to a FitFluential life: Eat, Move, Sleep, Enjoy.
